Tmart Corghi Textile Machinery (Shanghai) Ltd. was established in 2003. Based on the project of Italian Corghi, the company produces drum type soft winding and Re- winding machines, and hank to cone winding machines, and has led the development of grooved drum winding machine industry in China.
For over 20 years, the company has been committed to the development and research of new products, currently covering two major categories: winding machines and automation systems for the entire process of package dyeing.
The winding machine includes: digital precision soft and re winding machine, digital precision hank to cone winding machine, grooved drum winding with automatic tube changing and doffing machine, ordinary grooved drum winding machine and digital precision swing fork assembling winding machine.
The automation of the entire process of package dyeing includes: unpacking and palletizing, online palletizing after soft winding, automatic loading and unloading of dyeing carrier, automatic loading and unloading of centrifugal dehydration carrier, automatic entry and exit of centrifugal dehydration, automatic yarn placement of RF drying machines, automatic weighing, labeling, packaging of single package, and automatic packaging and boxing.
In 2021, the company registered and established SINOCA Automation System (Nantong) Ltd. in Qidong city, Jiangsu province, further strengthening the company’s production capacity and achieving independent production from sheet metal processing to assembly, providing sufficient guarantee for product quality.
